Engagement and Learning
As a Talent/People executive, I had the privilege to design and create employee learning and recognition. From in-person leadership workshops to virtual onboarding classes, I conduct gap analysis to optimize learning content in a way that will most benefit employees. I utilize adult learning theory and experience in instructional design to provide measurable benefits to the team.
As a CHRO and leadership development consultant, I have hosted intimate workshops for 20 person leadership teams, sales training for hundreds, as well as large corporate learning and recognition events for thousands of people by combining learning and recognition into a 2-day format.
