About Me

Amy Rosellini graduated Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Ag. Journalism and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of North Texas in Applied Communications. She began work at one of Fortune’s best companies in America - Nordstrom working her way from a salesperson to the Regional Director of the Stylist Program, writing the company’s sales training. While at Nordstrom, she led new business units including the Personal Stylist and Wedding Stylist launches. 

Nearly 8 years later, she left the fashion retailer for another of Fortune’s top companies - The Container Store where she finished out a decade in retail as a Training Director. While at The Container Store, she developed a leadership training program, sales training, and launched a new business unit At-Home Organizing.

In 2013, Amy began consulting with midsize companies in foster the amazing culture and employee engagement learned from her time at Nordstrom and The Container Store. She continued full-time employment leading Human Resources and People Operations at Texas AirSystems, Park Place Dealerships, New Western, and Sherman Bridge Lending as the head of HR.

In 2020, she grew her consulting business to include publicly-held, matrixed, and large organizations in optimizing their human capital strategies to promote growth. That same year, she completed her PhD in Information Science with continue research interests in knowledge management and wisdom at work. Amy teaches in the business schools SMU Cox School of Business, University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan School of Business, and the University of Dallas Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. 

Today, Amy enjoys providing fractional CHRO services, serving as chair of a CEO Advisory Group, and supporting businesses with leadership development.
