About the Founder

In 2013, Amy Rosellini began consulting with midsize companies to foster the amazing culture and employee engagement learned from her time in retail at companies like Nordstrom and The Container Store. In addition to consulting with a number of great workplaces, Amy led Human Resources and People Operations in a variety of industries from commercial HVAC to automotive, real estate, and financial services.

In 2020, Amy grew her consulting practice from specializing in midsize companies to include small private, private equity-backed, and large publicly-held, matrixed organizations. Amy and her team work with business leaders to optimize their human capital strategies to promote growth. Also in 2020, Amy completed her PhD in Information Science, and she continues to publish her research in knowledge management and wisdom at work. Amy is an adjunct professor teaching graduate students at the SMU Cox School of Business, University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan School of Business, and the University of Dallas Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. 

Amy graduated Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Ag. Journalism and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of North Texas in Applied Communications. Early in her career, she worked the first decade at two of Fortune’s best companies in America. At Nordstrom, Amy was a Regional Director writing the company’s sales training. At The Container Store, she developed a leadership training program, sales training, and launched a new in-home organizing business.

Today, Amy provides fractional CHRO services that include HR strategy, leadership development, and ongoing training & development.  In addition, she serves as chair of a CEO Advisory Group.
