Consulting
Our consulting services help organizations align people strategy with business growth. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, we work both remotely and on-site, including travel outside of Texas.
We partner with leadership and/or Human Resource teams to build out your company’s training programs. Engagements typically focus on leadership development, strategic planning, orientation, continuous learning or change management. We partner closely with leadership teams to support succession planning, engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Additional services include fractional CHRO support, strategic planning, Strengths coaching, competency modeling, and improvisation for business. Our experience spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on high-growth, midsize organizations, including those backed by private equity or navigating M&A.

RLT Impact Founder Amy Rosellini completed her PhD in Information Science and Learning Technology in 2020. She continues to work in higher education as an adjunct professor and researcher. She teaches Strategic Management of Human Capital at the SMU Cox School of Business and teaches business management courses while researching with the University of North Texas.
We utilize current research and best practices to improve organizations’ approach to training and business performance. Our research examines how training and communication influence behavior in organizations, including studies on formal training in the aviation industry and studies in knowledge management.
Her work has been presented at international conferences across Europe and North America and is published in peer-reviewed journals and books.
Certifications
With over 20 years of experience in People Operations, our work is grounded in industry-leading training, frameworks, and certifications. Credentials include Gallup Strengths Coach, Fierce Conversations facilitator, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, and SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional).
In addition to professional certifications, this work is informed by advanced academic training, including a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Science—bringing both practical and research-based rigor to leadership and human capital strategy.
