Our consulting services help organizations align people strategy with business growth. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, we work both remotely and on-site, including travel outside of Texas.

Amy completed her PhD in Information Science and Learning Technology in 2020 and continues to work in higher education as an adjunct professor and researcher. She teaches Human Capital Strategy in the MBA program at the SMU Cox School of Business and teaches business management courses while researching with the University of North Texas.

Her research examines how training and communication influence behavior in organizations, including studies on formal training in the aviation industry and nonprofit communication strategies related to school district enrollment.

Her work has been presented at international conferences across Europe and North America and is published in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters.
