About the Founder

Amy Rosellini is a human capital strategist and fractional CHRO who helps organizations build strong cultures, develop leaders, and align people strategy with business growth. She founded her consulting practice in 2013, drawing on the people-first principles she developed early in her career at Nordstrom and The Container Store — two of Fortune’s Best Companies to Work For.

Amy has led Human Resources and People Operations across a range of industries, from commercial HVAC and automotive to real estate and financial services. Her work today spans small private companies, private-equity-backed firms, and large, publicly held organizations, where she partners closely with leadership teams to optimize talent and organizational effectiveness.

In addition to her consulting work, Amy holds a PhD in Information Science and publishes research focused on knowledge management and wisdom at work. She also serves as an adjunct professor teaching graduate business students. Today, Amy provides fractional CHRO services including HR strategy, leadership development, and training, and serves as chair of a CEO Advisory Group.
